Sewing Classes for Kids

Does your child dream of designing and creating their own clothing? Let us teach them! No prior experience needed. For students as young as 6 years old

We offer group classes, private lessons, birthday parties and more!

Meet Allison

Allison has been sewing since age 8. She graduated from Western Michigan University in 2020 with a degree in fashion design and completed an internship at Kate Spade in NYC. She founded Clothing Bar in 2020, transitioning it to an online boutique upon moving to Naples, FL, in 2022. With 4 years of entrepreneurial experience, Allison also offers sewing classes for kids, believing sewing is an invaluable skill that builds self-confidence and creativity. As an active babysitter in Naples, she is dedicated to teaching and inspiring the next generation!

How to Get Started

Intro Class

All new students are required to start with a 1.5-hour introductory class, at a rate of $75 per student for ages 6-13. If your child falls outside this age range, feel free to inquire about other options. This intro class lets students "test out" our teaching style before committing to further lessons. They'll learn the basics of sewing and complete a fun project—a sewn bag with a matching scrunchie! All supplies, fabric, and machines are provided.
