In this project, kids will learn how to sew a button-up flannel shirt with all the key details: collar, placket, cuffs, and buttons.

To add even more fun, we’ll explore custom upcycling options:

• 👕 Upcycling a T-shirt panel on the back for extra flair and personalization

Sew up the coziest pumpkin for spooky season!

In this class, kids will:

• Work with soft, cozy fabrics to sew their very own pumpkin plushy
• Design their own face — from sweet to spooky! 👻
• Hand sew the facial features onto their pumpkin for a personal touch ✂️🧵
   

By the end, each student will leave with a cuddly, one-of-a-kind pumpkin plushy that’s perfect for decorating, gifting, or snuggling all fall long. 🍂✨

In this class, kids will:

• Sew their very own treat bag in festive Halloween fabrics 🎃👻
• Choose from multiple styles — from simple totes to patch-decorated bags, or even drawstring buckets
• Learn beginner-friendly sewing techniques while creating something practical and fun
• Personalize their bag with appliqués, patches, or fabric paint for extra flair ✨

• Available by private lessons only so each student receives one-on-one instruction.
• Planning must begin weeks in advance to allow time for ordering fabric, gathering supplies, and mapping out the project.
• Depending on the complexity of the costume, this project may take several lessons to complete.

Get cozy and spooky with handmade Halloween pajamas! In this project, kids will sew their very own sleep set in festive knit fabrics.

Options include:

• Short sleeve or long sleeve sleep shirt 👕
• Matching shorts or pants 🩳👖
   

Students will learn how to work with stretchy knit fabrics, practice finishing seams for comfort, and create a set that’s perfect for lounging, trick-or-treat sleepovers, or Halloween morning fun. 🎃👻

Projects may include:

• 👚 Tops – tees, tanks, or long sleeves in festive prints
• 👗 Skirts – twirly, ruffled, or simple elastic styles
• 🩳 Shorts – comfy and cute for mixing and matching

Ms. Allison will read the heartwarming book The Little Ghost Who Was a Quilt aloud while kids enjoy storytime and prepare for their project. After the story, each child will:

• Pick out their own fabric squares to design their very own ghost quilt sheet
• Then sew it up into a Little Ghost pillow inspired by the book ✂️🧵
• Take home a one-of-a-kind handmade pillow to snuggle with while reading their new favorite story
   

It’s the perfect way to combine literacy and creativity — a class filled with imagination, storytelling, and sewing magic. ✨

Countdown to Christmas!

Count down to Christmas with a sewn advent calendar that’s as fun to make as it is to use!

Students will:

• Sew a fabric calendar base using festive holiday prints of their choosing
• Add 24 pockets, perfect for tucking in treats, notes, or tiny surprises
• Learn techniques like appliqué, pocket construction, and embellishment with buttons and trims
• Personalize their calendar with names, numbers, or holiday motifs 🎅✨
• Dowels will be given to hang each calendar

Sew up something sweet for the holidays! In this project, kids will:

• Design and sew their own gingerbread man stuffie complete with rick rack and other embellishments
• Get creative by designing and sewing outfits for their gingerbread friend — think dresses, scarves, bow ties, hats, and more! 🎀🧣🎩
• Learn beginner-friendly sewing skills while making a project that’s fun, cozy, and totally unique

Get ready for a cozy beginner sewing class filled with holiday cheer! Students will learn how to sew their very own gingerbread and snowman stuffies — complete with felt details, buttons, scarves, ribbon, and lots of personality. This class is perfect for new sewers learning to stitch, stuff, and decorate their creations. The sweetest way to start sewing this season! 🍪☃️✨

This is a hand sewing class! Kids will use beads and felt to hand sew stuffed donuts. They will package up their donut to take home and also bring a "take home" bag with all the materials and directions to sew another donut at home!

Get cozy and creative this season! Students will design and sew their own holiday pajama set using our soft festive knit fabrics. Choose from comfy shorts, long pants, a classic T-shirt, tank top, or even a sweet nightgown — mix and match pieces to create the perfect set. This project teaches skills like working with stretch fabrics, hemming, and adding simple finishes while making a keepsake kids will love to wear during the holidays (and beyond!). 🧵✨

It’s time to get festive in the kitchen! In this cozy holiday-themed class, students will learn how to sew their very own oven mitts and/or matching hot pads — perfect for baking cookies or gifting to someone special. We’ll use fun seasonal fabrics while learning key sewing skills like quilting, layering, and adding heat-safe lining. A warm and creative way to kick off the holiday season! 🍪✨

This is a hand sewing class — no machines needed! Kids will learn the basics of hand stitching while creating their own stuffed felt ornament, decorated with colorful beads and embellishments. ✂️✨

• Each child will sew and decorate their ornament during class.
• They’ll have the option to wrap it up as a gift 🎁 (perfect for family keepsakes!).
• Every student also takes home a “sew-it-yourself” kit with all the materials and directions needed to make another ornament at home.

Students will learn how to sew a festive holiday apron while practicing useful skills like hemming, top-stitching, and adding pockets. Get ready for a sparkly sewing adventure! Ms. Allison will read Just Add Glitter before we dive into a fun, creative project — sewing our very own clutches using dazzling sequin fabric! Students will learn how to fully line their clutches, add finishing details like a magnetic metal closure, and bring a little shimmer to every stitch. Because when in doubt… just add glitter! 💖✨

In this project, students will sew their very own XOXO Tic-Tac-Toe game board! They will create a soft, reusable game that’s both fun to play and fun to make. Students will practice sewing straight lines to form the grid, learn how to secure layers together, and create X and O playing pieces to match.

In this project, students will design and sew their own custom knit top using pink and red Valentine’s heart fabric. Each student will choose their own neckline, sleeve style, and length, making every top one-of-a-kind.

Students will work with stretchy knit fabric. This project builds confidence, creativity, and real fashion design skills—while creating a festive, wearable top they’ll love to show off. 💕🧵

Students will practice measuring, cutting, seam sewing, topstitching, and attaching straps, while learning how structure and lining work inside a bag. This project builds problem-solving skills, creativity, and confidence as they create a durable, stylish bag they can use every day. 🧵👜

In this project, students will sew their own lightweight summer kimono, perfect for tossing over shorts and a tank top, a bathing suit, or a summer dress. Each kimono can be finished with lace trim for extra detail, giving it a stylish, boutique look.

In this project, students will sew their own towel wrap swim cover-up—the perfect piece for the pool, beach, or after swimming lessons. Using soft, absorbent towel fabric, they’ll create a wrap that is both functional and stylish, designed to easily slip on and stay secure.

Students will learn how to measure for fit, sew seams on thicker fabrics, and add closures such as Velcro, snaps, or ties. This project builds practical sewing skills while creating a fun, useful item they can wear all summer long. 🏖️🧵

Hop into spring with our special Easter Sewing Class! Students will create their very own Easter bunny–themed basket (with the option to embroider their name on it!) and a set of fabric reusable Easter eggs.

We’ll finish the class with a Fill-An-Egg Candy Bar, where the kids get to fill their handmade fabric eggs with treats to take home — the cutest (and most eco-friendly) Easter surprise!
